Sad Truth

Corporate is quite funny a place. best described by growth factor one may have. At any point any working person needs some sort of tools to make to next level.
Ironical point about growth is that for some it appears like never ending story whereas for others it just doesn't show up !!






There are quite a number of times when DS realized that he somehow has no edge over other deserving folks and whenever there is an option to exercise climbing ladder,  its other deserving candidate standing on the left of ladder who gets push !! So what's that DS missing or has an extra that blocks ?

Well, over the years with couple of discussion there are a couple of reasons which DS has managed to  learn. First one pretty obvious is missing quality to align with Boss and focus involvement to take himself to next level.

Second fact which came up recently when DS moved away from previous unaligned Boss was a problem with little vision and skill set which DS might have had! Problem  is that, if there is any elevation supported then with the little vision which DS is rumored to be blessed with, may lead to exploring beautiful options available beyond scope of horizon.

There is all possibility in this likelihood that either DS may change bridge or shake hands with upstairs guy causing direct discomfort for present set of Boss.

Boss knows fact(s). DS just awaits that if its worth not waiting for ladder at this place and just walk over to the next place spending some time in  hope of ladder climbing opportunity ! One never knows this might even offer some exercise to shelve off some pounds DS gained over his ASS at this place !!
