Interesting evolution

In previous group after a long hectic work schedule when DS got a chance to open his eyes, realization struck!

Though he is been tossed around here and there and appears that lots of importance lied in bouncing in this process.

Yet, he was no more than a बकरा sacrificed for vested interests, superior ASS had !!

A quick chat concluded that story had reached THE END  and there was no point in making any attempt to find key to "corporate how " puzzle !!

DS began a search for something he could possibly crack and  stumbled upon another nice person! For some reason this man was very eager and happy to welcome DS  to his side.  God knows why !!

Surprisingly a man in that group came forward and inquired DS that why DS wants to get into new mess ?

There is absolutely nothing new you gonna get here ! Moreover thats going to complicate  lives of others as well.

He explained. We all been dealing with just shit here and even for that everyone needs to Rat  PIG race !!

DS, wondered for a minutes! why would that be a problem for him? After all thats only expertise, he has managed to learn in this corporate career and wouldn't that be an advantage here? Except for running part !!





Next day, DS was called for attending  a meeting with this new team which was pretty interesting with lots of discussions. It was child's play to be aligned with anyone at anytime !!

Nonetheless, DS got an opportunity to introducing himself. Somehow DS remembered that great man Mark Twain once said that its better to appear stupid and keep quite than opening your mouth and proving it. And here it was a best fit to utilize.

Meeting progressed and then suddenly there was a question . Hey DS, what happened to stuffs you just got !! Any update ?

There was just one word which came out of DS's mouth !! Thought he for a moment, ... Hmm .. so thats what that man meant ? Pure Shit ? ... Gotcha .. Thats  kind of new !!





Well, this team meeting was perfect example of that whats important for productivity and performance review process and how to achieve the best results !!

But then one person offered some story from his side.






There was an interesting piece of action ensured to correct story. This team  appeared to be really awesome and things moved here at never seen before pace.


Great advantage this team had was a great leader who personally trained all literates that how to write under supportive leadership of various Bosses !!






Great learning and team work empowered them to handle any problem in timely manner. Team developed ability to find problems and follow them religiously.

At one juncture, DS was asked, if there is something he could propose to improve  process. And then for first time.


 DS asked, shall we focus all work force and do some cleaning than seeing doctor every time ?



It was acknowledged as good suggestion but was not practical as progress already made was in final stages and playing more with that might result in more problems than advantages. So keeping things moving same way was rational and logical! DS, couldn't disagree !! Its a corporate principle.










Many people tend to think that it was an easy progress going by circumstances.

But in fact team thinks otherwise =>



Best thing about this team is the load bearing pillar. Great monument has been standing tall on support over the years.

It remains a challenge to DS, to find that which one is actually real pillar and which one is load balancing. Only hope in isolation is the supporting isolation DS's getting with time here !!!
