Employees gotta work hard if they want to survive recession. Which again is an intriguing puzzle as with almost no customer waiting desperately for anything, there is nothing new on horizon. Old stuffs when worked upon hard enough lead to dwindling of existing work opportunities.
Employer gets an opportunitiy to downsize/restructure as no work should mean no staff and so the employees get fired !!
Its justified to be bewildered! ... No one knows which is the safe way !!!
